Microwave Heating:

• Place the bean bag in the microwave.
• Heat for 1-2 minutes, checking every 30 seconds to ensure it doesn't get too hot.
• Carefully remove it from the microwave and check the temperature to make sure it's comfortably warm and not too hot.

Application:

• Place the warm bean bag on the back of your neck, forehead, or shoulders.
• The heat helps relax tense muscles, improve blood circulation, and provide soothing relief.

Cold Compress
Freezing:

• Place the bean bag in a plastic bag to protect it from moisture.
• Leave it in the freezer for at least 1-2 hours, or until it is cold enough.

1. Start by ensuring your pillow is clean and free from any dust or dirt.
