Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time:
We aim to process and ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours after the order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that during high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods:
We offer fast and reliable shipping through UPS and USPS for all domestic orders within the United States. You will have the option to select your preferred shipping method at checkout, depending on availability in your area.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days UPS and USPS within the U.S
- Expedited Shipping: 1 to 3 business days UPS and USPS
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package and stay updated on its estimated arrival.
Order Changes & Cancellations:
If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make modifications or cancellations.
Shipping Delays:
While we strive to meet our shipping timeframes, unexpected delays can sometimes occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. If you experience any significant delays, please contact us, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
