Initiate your return within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund, minus shipping/tariff/customs or other non-product cost. The return package must include a receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping; we recommend using the least expensive shipping option. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received. Return packages not received within 30 days after initiating the return will not be eligible for a refund.
